Parkside Acoustic Bed & Breakfast is Ashland, Oregon’s new, music-themed B&B, and we can’t wait to welcome you!

Tucked into Ashland’s charming Skidmore Academy Historic District, our 1910 Gablefront home sits right across from Lithia Park and the Butler Band Shell, with the Japanese Gardens and Butler-Perozzi Fountain just a short stroll away. It’s an easy 10-minute walk to downtown Ashland and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival—close enough for convenience, but just far enough to feel like a quiet retreat.

We’ve taken great care to create the kind of place we’d want to stay ourselves—comfortable, welcoming, and full of character. Every corner of Parkside has been carefully restored, blending old-school charm with practical modern touches. You’ll enjoy our warm, relaxed space and ultra-comfy beds, and wake to a hearty, homemade breakfast featuring elevated farmhouse favorites. Feel like making a little music? You’re welcome to borrow a one of our loaner instruments during your stay.

Whether you’re here for the plays, the trails, or just to take a deep breath and slow down, you’ll find a warm, relaxed place—where music lovers, nature seekers, and thoughtful travelers can slow down, settle in, and feel at home.

Rick and Renee are incredible hosts. They provided a true bed and breakfast experience with genuine hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and DELICIOUS homemade breakfasts and snacks. They have thought of every detail, making our stay very comfortable and memorable. We hope to make it back to Ashland one day and this is where we’ll stay again, without question. Parkside Acoustic Bed and Breakfast is a true gem.
