Welcome to Parkside Acoustic, a music-themed boutique bed and breakfast located in Ashland’s historic Skidmore Academy District – directly across from Lithia Park and within easy walking distance of downtown and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival.
Housed in a thoughtfully restored 1910 gablefront home, Parkside Acoustic blends vintage character with modern comfort in a relaxed, eclectic style we like to call mid-century low-key boho. It’s the kind of place designed for unwinding – comfortable, welcoming, and intentionally unhurried.
Our guest rooms are created with rest and relaxation in mind, featuring cozy details that make your stay feel both special and effortless. Each morning begins with a delicious homemade breakfast, and guests are welcome to enjoy our shared spaces throughout the day, including the Music Room. (If you’re feeling musical, you’re welcome to borrow one of our many loaner instruments during your stay.)

We feel so grateful to live inside Ashland's wildlife corridor, and to be able to share that beauty with our guests! We get to enjoy wildlife up close – deer, raccoons, squirrels, wild turkeys, and all kinds of birds are regular visitors.
Downtown Ashland is just a 10-minute walk from Parkside Acoustic, making it easy to check out the local shops and grab a great meal before you head to the theater – no car needed!
Parkside Acoustic is a dream in the making. Since the first time we stayed in a traditional bed and breakfast, we’ve been dreaming of hosting one of our own. Now, here we are, and we couldn’t be more excited!
