The front porch, shared with the Campfire Room, is a great spot to relax on the swing and watch the local wildlife. It’s also perfect if you’re traveling with friends, offering a little extra space while staying close. Lithia Park Across the Street
Parkside Acoustic sits right across from Lithia Park and the Butler Bandshell, just quick stroll (1-2 minutes) from the Japanese Garden, pickleball courts, Butler Fountain, and Ashland Creek.
Newly Remodeled Bath
The Troubadour Room features a beautifully remodeled en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. While we're not fully handicapped accessible, this room is a our best option for guests with mobility issues.
