Welcome to Parkside Acoustic Bed & Breakfast, a cozy retreat in Ashland’s historic Skidmore Academy District – right across the street from Lithia Park, with the Butler Bandshell, Japanese Gardens, and Butler-Perozzi Fountain just steps away. We’re an easy ten-minute walk from downtown and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival – close enough for convenience, yet just far enough to feel like a peaceful escape.
Parkside Acoustic is a shared dream that brings together our passion for music, hospitality, and good food. Set in our 1910 gablefront home, every corner has been mindfully restored, blending vintage charm with modern comfort to create an easygoing, eclectic style we’ve affectionately dubbed mid-century low-key boho.
We’ve taken great care to make Parkside Acoustic the kind of place we’d want to stay ourselves – comfortable, welcoming, and full of character. Each of our rooms is designed for rest and relaxation, with thoughtful touches that make your stay feel both special and easy. Mornings begin with a delicious homemade breakfast, and if you’re feeling musical, you’re welcome to borrow one of our loaner instruments during your stay.
Whether you come for the theater, the trails, or a quiet change of pace, you’ll find a warm welcome and a place to relax and unwind at Parkside Acoustic.
Each of our three music-themed rooms celebrates a different facet of musical storytelling, with a special nod to the golden era of singer-songwriters.
After a good night’s sleep, start your day with a simple, satisfying farmhouse-meets-gourmet breakfast. Later, take things at your own pace – maybe grab a snack upstairs, curl up on the porch swing with a good book (or a ukulele!), or walk across the street and explore Lithia Park.

We feel so grateful to live inside Ashland's wildlife corridor, and to be able to share that beauty with our guests! We get to enjoy wildlife up close – deer, raccoons, squirrels, wild turkeys, and all kinds of birds are regular visitors.
Downtown Ashland is just a 10-minute walk from Parkside Acoustic, making it easy to check out the local shops and grab a great meal before you head to the theater – no car needed!
Parkside Acoustic is a dream in the making. Since the first time we stayed in a traditional bed and breakfast, we’ve been dreaming of hosting one of our own. Now, here we are, and we couldn’t be more excited!
