• Lithia Artisans Market (Saturdays & Sundays, 10am–5pm) – at the front of the park long Winburn Way
A longtime local favorite featuring handcrafted goods, local artists, food vendors, and live music in a relaxed open-air setting. June weekends are especially busy as summer visitors begin arriving in Ashland.

• Ashland High School Graduation – June 5, 2026
Graduation weekend brings an especially festive atmosphere to town, with many families gathering downtown and throughout Lithia Park before and after ceremonies. Expect the park to feel lively and well-used throughout the weekend, particularly near the Plaza entrance and lower lawn areas.

• Dead Floyd Concert at the Butler Bandshell – June 15, 2026
Dead Floyd brings its blend of Grateful Dead and Pink Floyd music back to Lithia Park for another popular outdoor show. Expect an energetic crowd, plenty of dancing near the stage, and a classic Ashland summer concert atmosphere under the trees.

• Fruition Concert at the Butler Bandshell – June 29, 2026
Oregon folk-rock favorites Fruition return to Ashland for an outdoor performance at the Butler Bandshell. Their harmony-driven sound and easygoing stage presence fit naturally into an early summer evening in the park. Concert nights usually draw a relaxed crowd with picnic blankets, lawn chairs, and people drifting in from downtown restaurants and shops.

• Informal music and small performances (bandshell and lawn areas)
With warm weather settling in, the Butler Bandshell and nearby lawn areas often host casual performances and community music gatherings, especially on weekends. Keep an ear open while walking the trails, too — you never know when you’ll come across a guitarist, violinist, or busker tucked into a shady corner of the park.

• Guided & Self-Guided Nature Walks (all month)

June is an excellent month for exploring Lithia Park’s trails, gardens, and shaded creekside paths. Spring flowers linger in some areas while the park shifts fully into its lush summer canopy. Cooler mornings are especially pleasant for longer walks, and Ashland Creek helps keep the lower trails comfortable even on warmer afternoons.

Guided walks of Lithia Park, led by dedicated volunteers, continue throughout the summer season. Walks begin at 10 a.m. every Saturday at the Lithia Park sign near the entrance across from the downtown Plaza. These free walks cover the history, flora, and wildlife of the park and are open to everyone.

• Community gatherings and fitness groups
Walking groups, yoga meetups, tai chi classes, and running clubs regularly gather throughout the park during summer mornings and evenings.

TIP: June evenings in Lithia Park are especially beautiful. If you’re attending a concert or weekend event, plan a little extra time to wander the trails or sit by the creek before sunset.
