Parkside Acoustic Bed & Breakfast has a two-night minimum stay for all reservations. This allows us to keep our small, owner-operated B&B running smoothly while giving us the time to prepare each stay with the care and attention we want to provide.

Cancellation Policy

Plans change – we understand.

  • More than 10 days before arrival – Full refund of payments received
  • 10 days or fewer before arrival – All payments received are non-refundable

Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.

If your plans change close to your stay, we’ll always do our best to rebook your room. If we’re able to do so, we’re happy to offer a credit toward a future visit.
