Why You Will Love the Campfire Room
This cozy retreat offers a front-row seat to Lithia Park, the Butler Bandshell, and the park's 110-year old sycamore grove. (Perfect for picnicking!) The rustic decor and nostalgic camp-inspired touches create a space that’s both inviting and full of character. One of the best parts? The shared front porch, which connects the Campfire Room with the Troubadour Room, gives you the perfect blend of privacy and community. Sit back in a comfy camp chair or front porch rocker, breathe in the fresh air, and soak up the peaceful energy of this special little space. It’s our sentimental favorite – small but full of heart. We think you’ll love it too. Fun Fact: The Campfire room decor features some quirky and nostalgic treasures from summer camp days gone by – like a 100-year old rowboat oar, and a canoe paddle autographed (and illustrated!) by the entire 1976 staff of Spirit Lake’s Boy Scouts camp, where Renée’s dad served as camp director (before Mount St Helens blew it out of existence!).
