- Agave • Agave is a must-try! Excellent tamales, flavorful tacos, and the chile relleno is top-notch. I love their Winter Squash & Portobello Tamales—turns out Guy Fieri does too! Family-owned with a cozy vibe, and they even offer a cash discount. ($$)
- Alchemy Restaurant & Bar • High-end, inn restaurant featuring New American cuisine & craft cocktails in an elegant atmosphere. Named one of the Top 100 Restaurants for Foodies in America by OpenTable. ($$$)
- Bar Juliet • This neighborhood restaurant on Ashland Plaza features a vegetable-driven, family-style menu filled with farm-fresh comfort classics made with seasonal, sustainable ingredients. ($$)
- Blue Toba • Traditional Indonesian food. Featured on the Food Network Channel’s Diners, Drive-ins and Dives, the first Indonesian food ever to air on that show. ($$)

- Greenleaf • Located on the downtown plaza near Oregon's Shakespeare Festival, Greenleaf offers Pacific Northwest inspired appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers, pastas and steakhouse classics, including excellent gluten-free and vegetarian options for breakfast and brunch. ($$)
- Hearsay Restaurant, Lounge & Garden • Located in the lower level of Ashland’s famous “Old Pink Church,” Hearsay’s focus is on providing guests with an outstanding dining, social, and entertainment experience. - Skout • Located about a 10-minute walk from the B&B, Skout Taphouse & Provisions is a lively spot on the north end of Lithia Park. With cozy creekside seating, craft cocktails, an extensive beer and cider selection, and a mouth-watering menu, it’s a fantastic place to unwind. Rick's go-to is their “f-ing amazing brisket sandwich,” while I favor the beer-braised pork tacos. Skout gets especially busy on weekends, with long wait times during summer, so we usually make it a mid-week treat. ($$)
- Sushi Heaven • Cozy Japanese restaurant with sushi and other specialties, as well as a robot food runner. ($$)
- Taj Indian Cuisine • Reasonably priced, dependably excellent Indian cuisine. We love their butter chicken, and the mango chutney is divine. Indoor and patio seating. ($$)
- Taqueria Picaro • Tacos, nachos, and other Mexican dishes, plus a casual atmosphere, margaritas, and happy hours. ($)
- Thai Pepper • Thai and Pan Asian fusion, small plates, and craft cocktails in a scenic and serene space just steps away from Ashland's Historic Plaza. ($$)

- Sawaddee Thai & Asian Cuisine • We’ve ordered takeout from Sawaddee a few times, and each time the food has been promptly prepared, fresh, and very tasty. Some nights it's fantastic, others its just a click above average. The family that runs Sawaddee is very friendly, and makes you feel welcome in their space. Our top picks are the Stir-Fried Eggplant and Drunken Noodles, both of which can be customized for spice level. We also tried the Spicy Tuna Dumplings app, and while they’re tasty, the portion size doesn’t quite match the price. ($$)
