At Parkside Acoustic Bed & Breakfast, we want every guest to feel welcome and comfortable during their stay. As a small, owner-occupied establishment with fewer than five guest rooms, we are not legally required to meet certain accessibility standards. Even so, we do our best to accommodate our guests within the limitations of our historic home and hillside location.

Please note that staying at Parkside requires navigating stairs. Guests must climb one flight of stairs from the parking area to reach the house. Once inside, an additional flight leads to the dining and music rooms, where breakfast is served.

These stairs are an unavoidable part of the house and its historic character, but we understand they may not work for everyone. If stairs are a concern, we encourage you to consider whether Parkside will be a comfortable fit before booking. There are many wonderful places to stay in Ashland that may better meet your needs.
