At Parkside Acoustic Bed & Breakfast, we are dedicated to providing a warm and welcoming experience for all of our guests. As a small, owner-occupied establishment with fewer than five guest rooms, we are not legally required to meet certain accessibility standards. However, we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability within the unique charm of our historic home.

Due to the home’s historic nature and hillside location, access to our guest rooms requires climbing one flight of stairs, and an additional flight is needed to reach the dining and music rooms. While these features add to the character of our home, we understand they may present challenges for some guests.

If stairs are a concern for you, there are many other wonderful places to stay in Ashland that may better suit your needs. We encourage guests with specific accessibility considerations to contact us directly—we’re happy to discuss any accommodations we may be able to provide to ensure a comfortable stay.
