How to Borrow an Instrument
We invite you to enjoy our collection of loaner instruments during your stay! You’ll find them hanging along the stairway and placed on floor stands in the Music Room. Look for the instruments with round, green tags — these are available for guests to borrow. To check out an instrument, remove its tag and hang it on the Welcome board in the guest hallway, using the hook labeled with your room name. When you're finished, please return the instrument directly to Rick or Renee. If you’d like to use an instrument that's hanging on the wall, please ask a staff member to safely assist you.
-
IMPORTANT! Only borrow instruments with round, green tags!
Please do not use any untagged instruments, as they may be privately owned or out for maintenance.
Instrument Lending Policies
By borrowing an instrument, you agree to treat it with care and return it in good condition so others can enjoy it too. Any damages or loss will be charged to the card on file.
- On-Site Use Only: Instruments must stay on the property at all times.
- Check-Out Required: Please check out instruments through a staff member, similar to borrowing a library book.
- One at a Time: Each guest may check out one instrument at a time to ensure fair access for everyone.
- Handle with Care: Please treat all instruments with respect. If anything is damaged or stops working properly, notify a staff member immediately.
- Return After Use: Return the instrument to the designated check-in area when you’re finished, or before you check out of your room.
- First Come, First Served: Availability is limited, and instruments are loaned out on a first-come, first-served basis.
Thanks for helping us care for these instruments — we’re glad they get to be part of your time here.
