Music Room Update

Our music room is finally starting to come together!

Many decades ago, when my dad bought our piano for $50, it was painted solid black. Against the strong advice of professionals, my mom insisted on stripping off the lacquer and refinishing it in natural oak. Good call, Mama! Now, at over 120 years old, it’s still looking beautiful!

In the left corner of the photo, you’ll see my cherished camp songbook collection alongside a lovely little balalaika, a heartfelt gift from our dear friend Marianne.

We can’t wait to welcome guests to strum, sing, or simply soak in the warm, music-loving vibes. Stay tuned for more updates! 🎸🎵
